The majority of the sushi served at Cafe' Caprice is Sushi Maki -- a choice of ingredients rolled into a mat of sushi rice and Nori (sea weed). Nigiri sushi (individual sushi) can also be prepared with cooked shrimp, salmon, smoked salmon, tuna, or Tobiko (Flying Fish Roe.)

"At Cafe Caprice, we have developed a lot of our sushi creations with input from our customers; so, if you want us to try something with the ingredients we have on hand -- we'll give it a roll!! Sorry, no deep fried ingredients (tempura). With advance notice we will put a combination sushi dinner together for your table. All orders come with pickled ginger, wasabi, and soya sauce.
